WHO WE ARE

PRX Wholesale LLC was established in 2017. We are a pharmacist focused, independent pharmaceutical wholesale distributor. We are a full-service wholesale distributor and logistics company for non-controlled prescription medication and over the counter (OTC) drugs.

PRX Wholesale is led by pharmacists who use their pharmaceutical expertise and years of understanding to improve our customer's overall procurement experience. We provide transparency to our customers and we leverage our partnerships with the manufacturers to provide our customers with aggressive pricing. We understand the obstacles that pharmacies are confronted with daily: increased competition, decreasing reimbursements and an increase in regulations. About Kyle Parker, CEO

Kyle Parker, R.Ph., MBA, is the President, CEO, and owner of Premier Rx Wholesale, LLC (DBA PRx Wholesale ). A registered pharmacist in the state of Ohio, Kyle brings more than 30 years of extensive healthcare operations, drug supply chain management, and regulatory compliance expertise to the pharmaceutical industry. His distinguished career includes serving as the Executive Director of the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy and as an operations executive for CMH Regional Health System. Additionally, he managed pharmacy finance as the Assistant Director of Finance for The Ohio State University Wexner/James Cancer Center hospitals. Passionate about education and leadership, Kyle has also served as a Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Ohio Northern University's Raabe College of Pharmacy, where he taught federal and state law, ethics, and leadership. He currently contributes his industry insights to the broader pharmaceutical community as a member of the Board of Directors for the Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA).

Laura Parker is the Chief Operating Officer and owner of Premier Rx Wholesale, LLC (DBA PRx Wholesale, LLC). A seasoned executive with 26 years of experience in health insurance, managed care, and the pharmacy sector, Laura previously served as Staff Vice President for IngenioRx. Throughout her distinguished career at Anthem, she spearheaded clinical quality programs for both commercial and government clients, managing multi-million-dollar projects and leading high-performing teams. By bringing this extensive expertise to PRx Wholesale, Laura has successfully transformed our organizational culture to focus on performance-driven metrics and strategic goals.
